David Adedeji Adeleke, known professionally as Davido, is a Nigerian-American singer, songwriter, and record producer. He is one of the leading figures in contemporary Afrobeats, with a career spanning from the early 2010s to the present. He founded Davido Music Worldwide (DMW), a record label aimed at developing Nigerian artists.

Davido was born on 21 November 1992 in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, to Nigerian businessman Adedeji Adeleke.

Since then, Davido has released several successful projects, including the albums A Good Time (2019) and Timeless
