DIALux is a free, professional lighting design software used to plan, calculate, visualize, and document indoor and outdoor lighting projects. Originating from the German company DIAL GmbH, it has become a widely adopted tool in the architectural lighting industry for creating lighting schemes that meet design goals, codes, and energy targets.

The software supports creating project geometry by building rooms and spaces or by importing CAD data in

DIALux offers both indoor and outdoor lighting capabilities, including daylight simulation in its newer evo versions.

Different versions exist, with DIALux evo being the current major platform that supersedes earlier DIALux 4.x
