Despite this, DC brush motors continue to be used in many applications, particularly in those where simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and high torque are required. Ongoing research and development have led to the creation of more advanced DC brush motors, which address some of the drawbacks of traditional DC brush motors. As technology continues to evolve, the use of DC brush motors is expected to remain relevant in specific industries and applications.
