DBCA (Dubai Business & Commerce Association) is a non‑profit, membership‑based organization headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Established in 1998, the association was created to serve the interests of both local and expatriate business communities operating within the emirate. Its primary mission is to promote a conducive commercial environment through networking opportunities, advocacy, and business facilitation services.

The association’s governance structure consists of a board of directors elected by its members, a senior management team that oversees day‑to‑day operations, and a series of committees that focus on specific sectors such as trade, finance, and technology. Membership is open to firms of all sizes, from small and medium enterprises to large multinational corporations, and includes a range of professional categories including business owners, managers, consultants, and financial service providers.
