In practice, crossmatchingiin envisions a workflow where donor HLA typing and antibody screening are complemented by computational analyses that map epitopes, predict potential donor-specific antibody binding, and simulate T-cell alloreactivity. Data sources may include known HLA allele frequencies, epitope databases, and patient-specific immunoprofiles.
