Cleavagestadium

Cleavagestadium is a fictional multi-purpose stadium located in Cleaverton, Norland. Conceived as a central venue for football and large-scale events, it also hosts rugby union matches, concerts, and community activities. The stadium is owned by Norland Sports Authority and operated by Cleavestad Holdings.

Its seating capacity is approximately 58,000, with a bowl design that concentrates spectators close to the pitch. The roof partially covers the stands and features an exterior lattice that reduces glare while improving weather protection. The playing surface is a hybrid grass system designed for year-round use in varying climates.

Construction began in the early 2000s and the stadium opened in 2009. The project aimed to replace a smaller venue and to provide a flexible space capable of accommodating different event types. It was designed to meet international standards for football and rugby, as well as to host large concerts.

Since opening, Cleavagestadium has served as a home ground for local clubs and has hosted international friendlies, regional cup finals, and major touring performances. It has also hosted youth and grassroots events as part of community development programs.

Access is via Cleaverton Central Station, with additional bus routes and a dedicated shuttle network during events. The complex includes training facilities, a team shop, a small museum dedicated to regional sports history, and ample parking with sustainability measures such as solar panels and rainwater collection.
