Chudskoye

Chudskoye is a small village located in the Arkhangelsk Oblast of northwest Russia, situated along the southern shore of Lake Chudskoye (also known as Lake Peipus). The village is part of the Medvezhyegorsk Municipal District and lies near the border with Estonia, close to the historic region of Ingria. Chudskoye is known for its proximity to the ancient and culturally significant Lake Peipus, which has played a role in regional history, particularly during the medieval period.
