CertificationReady

CertificationReady is an open‑source framework designed to help organizations prepare for compliance certifications such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and SOC 2. The project is available on GitHub under the Apache 2.0 license and is packaged for Python 3, making it easy to integrate into existing continuous‑integration pipelines.

The framework provides a collection of modular test modules, each implementing a specific audit requirement. Users can enable or disable modules through a JSON configuration file, and the tool produces standardized reports in HTML, JSON, or PDF format. A built‑in web UI displays live compliance scores, allowing teams to track progress against certification milestones. The framework’s ability to automate repetitive audit tasks reduces the administrative burden on compliance teams and ensures that evidence is captured in a consistent, auditable format. While it is not a substitute for an official audit, CertificationReady serves as an early warning system, flagging gaps before they become compliance failures.
