Capacitancemanometrejä
Capacitancemanometrejä, known in English as capacitance manometers, are instruments used to measure pressure. They operate on the principle of capacitance, which is the ability of a system to store an electric charge. In a capacitance manometer, pressure is applied to a diaphragm, which causes it to deflect. This deflection changes the distance between the diaphragm and a fixed electrode, altering the capacitance of the system. By measuring this change in capacitance, the pressure can be determined.
These devices typically consist of a sensing element with a movable diaphragm and one or more fixed
