Overview: Bundlereilla provides a modular core that collects inputs from diverse sources, organizes them into bundles with consistent metadata, and exposes a streaming API for production and consumption layers. The bundling policy determines when resources are grouped, how deduplication is applied, and how manifests describe bundle contents. A plugin system allows custom strategies for compression, chunking, and dependency resolution.

Architecture: The core consists of a Bundler engine, a Metadata layer, and a Transport interface.
