Bundesebene

Bundesebene refers to the national level of government in federal states where sovereignty is divided between central government and subnational units. In German-speaking countries such as Germany and Austria, the Bundesebene is the tier responsible for nationwide policy making, representation at the federal level, and the administration of laws that apply across the entire country.
