Buborékmérethez

Buborékmérethez is a Hungarian phrase that literally means “to the bubble size” and is used in technical contexts to describe approaches, design criteria, or control strategies that are oriented toward achieving a target bubble diameter and distribution in gas–liquid systems. The term is commonly encountered in discussions of foams, emulsions, aerated liquids, and gas–liquid reactors, where bubble size strongly influences mass transfer, reaction kinetics, foam stability, and product texture.

In practice, buborékmérethez guides the selection and adjustment of process variables to tailor bubble size. Key factors include gas flow rate and sparger design, liquid viscosity and surface tension, surfactant concentration, temperature, and mixing or agitation intensity. By aligning these factors with the desired bubble size, engineers aim to optimize gas transfer efficiency, residence time, and stability of the system.
