Brampton

Brampton is a city in Ontario, Canada, located in the Peel Region within the Greater Toronto Area. It lies to the west of Toronto and north of Mississauga, and includes a mix of urban districts, suburban neighborhoods, and green spaces along the Credit River. The city is governed by a mayor and a council elected from wards.

The community began as an agricultural settlement in the 19th century and grew significantly with suburban expansion and transportation links.
