Bluetoothvõrgu

Bluetooth võrgu, often referred to as a Bluetooth network, is a wireless personal area network (WPAN) technology that uses short-range radio waves to connect devices. It enables devices such as smartphones, laptops, headphones, and speakers to communicate with each other without the need for cables. The standard operates in the 2.4 GHz ISM band, making it a globally available technology.

A key characteristic of Bluetooth networks is their limited range, typically around 10 meters (33 feet), though newer versions can extend this. This short range is intentional, contributing to its low power consumption and security. Devices in a Bluetooth network are organized into a piconet, where one master device can connect to up to seven active slave devices. Multiple piconets can be interconnected to form a scatternet, allowing for more complex network configurations.

Bluetooth technology is widely used for various applications. Common uses include pairing wireless headphones and speakers to mobile devices, transferring files between computers or phones, using a mouse and keyboard with a computer, and enabling hands-free communication in cars. The technology is standardized by the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) and undergoes continuous development to improve speed, range, and power efficiency.
