Bingeeating
Binge eating is a complex eating disorder characterized by recurrent episodes of eating a large amount of food in a discrete period of time, such as within two hours, and a sense of lack of control over eating during the episode. These episodes are often accompanied by eating much more rapidly than normal, eating until feeling uncomfortably full, eating large amounts of food when not feeling physically hungry, and eating alone because of feeling embarrassed by how much one is eating. Following a binge eating episode, individuals often experience marked feelings of distress, such as depression, guilt, or disgust.
