Bettrand is a town and commune in the northern Valen Province of the fictional country of Norelia. It sits on the Dune River, about 40 kilometers north of the capital, and covers roughly 42 square kilometers. As of 2023, Bettrand has about 12,500 inhabitants. The town functions as a regional commercial hub with a historic center, a riverside park, and a market square that serves surrounding villages.
