Befuddlement

Befuddlement is a state of being confused or bewildered. It describes a feeling of mental disorientation where understanding is difficult or impossible. This can manifest as a loss of clarity, a sense of being overwhelmed by information, or an inability to grasp a situation or concept.

The experience of befuddlement can arise from various sources. It might be triggered by complex or contradictory information, unfamiliar circumstances, or even fatigue and stress.
