Audenshaw
Audenshaw is a town and civil parish within the Metropolitan Borough of Tameside, in Greater Manchester, England. It is situated east of Manchester, and lies on the River Tame. Historically part of Lancashire, Audenshaw developed as an industrial town, particularly known for its cotton mills and coal mining during the Industrial Revolution. The area has undergone significant regeneration in recent decades, shifting from its industrial past towards a more mixed urban landscape.
