Arbeitskräfteüberlassung, often translated as labor leasing or temporary staffing, is a legal arrangement in many countries where a company (the leasing company) hires employees and then "leases" them out to another company (the client company) to perform work. The leasing company is the formal employer, responsible for wages, social security contributions, and other employment-related obligations. The client company directs the daily work of the leased employees and benefits from their labor.
