Arbeitskräfteüberlassung, often referred to as temporary employment or labor leasing, is a triangular employment relationship involving three parties: the temporary work agency, the employee, and the client company. The temporary work agency acts as the employer of the employee, providing them on loan or lease to a client company for a specific period or for a particular project. The client company directs the employee's daily work activities and supervises their performance, but the contractual employer-employee relationship remains with the agency.
This model offers flexibility for businesses that need to scale their workforce up or down in response
