Angularprecision

Angularprecision is a conceptual term used to describe the degree to which angular measurements or pointing directions can be determined with reproducible accuracy within a given system. It encompasses the smallest angular increment that a device can reliably resolve as well as the statistical spread of repeated measurements of a fixed reference angle. Precision is distinct from accuracy: high precision implies consistency across measurements, while high accuracy implies closeness to the true value.

In practice, angularprecision is expressed in angular units such as degrees, radians, arcminutes, or arcseconds. It can refer to static precision—reproducibility of a stationary measurement—and dynamic precision—stability under motion or over time.
