Andrianampoinimerinas

Andrianampoinimerinas, born Ramatoa-Rava, was a prominent king of Madagascar who reigned over the Merina Kingdom from 1787 to 1810. He is widely regarded as one of the most influential rulers in Malagasy history, credited with unifying the disparate Merina principalities and laying the groundwork for the future Kingdom of Madagascar.

His early life was marked by political upheaval and exile.
