Amplituudvastus

Amplituudvastus, also known as amplitude damping, is a phenomenon observed in oscillating systems where the amplitude of the oscillation decreases over time. This decrease is typically due to dissipative forces such as friction or air resistance, which convert the energy of the oscillation into heat or other forms of energy.
