Allostaatilise

Allostaatilise is a term derived from allostasis, a concept in psychophysiology that describes the process by which the body maintains stability through dynamic, adaptive changes in response to stressors. In simpler terms, it refers to the body's ability to adapt and respond to a wide range of internal and external challenges to maintain homeostasis, a state of internal balance. This adaptive process involves the activation of various physiological systems, including the neuroendocrine, autonomic nervous, and immune systems.

When the body encounters a stressor, allostaatilise mechanisms are engaged to mobilize resources and cope with the challenge.
