Alcançálos is a fictional mineral class introduced in speculative science fiction to describe a family of aluminum-rich silicate minerals notable for unusual electronic properties that facilitate rapid energy transfer in hypothetical devices.

Etymology: The name derives from the Portuguese verb alcançar, meaning to reach or achieve, chosen to evoke the idea of bridging energy states. In-universe, the term was coined by researchers exploring energy systems in the Cordillera del Sol region.

Properties: In the stories, alcançálos crystallize in monoclinic to orthorhombic systems and form as layered, plate-like aggregates within hydrothermal vents in high-temperature environments. They are described as hard (Mohs 6–7), with a vitreous to pearly luster, and densities around 3.3–3.6 g/cm3. The electrical behavior is anisotropic, with high conductivity along certain crystallographic axes and substantial dielectric loss otherwise.

Formation and occurrence: In-universe sources place formation in deep hydrothermal systems associated with volcanic complexes, with fictional deposits in the Cordillera del Sol and similar settings. Distribution is described as limited, with notable finds in a few designated districts.
