Alaptörvényhez is a Hungarian phrase meaning "to the Fundamental Law" or "in accordance with the Fundamental Law." It is formed from the noun Alaptörvény (Fundamental Law or Constitution) combined with the directional suffix -hoz, which marks movement toward or alignment with something.
