Agoura
Agoura is an unincorporated community in western Los Angeles County, California, in the Conejo Valley of the Santa Monica Mountains. It lies near the incorporated cities of Agoura Hills and Calabasas and is traversed by U.S. Route 101. The area has a rural-residential character with rolling hills, oak woodlands, and chaparral, and experiences a Mediterranean climate with dry summers and mild winters.
Historically, the area was inhabited by the Tongva people before Spanish and Mexican land grants were established
