Advokaadiks is an Estonian expression that refers to the status or process of becoming an advocate. In Estonian law, the term advokaat denotes a practicing lawyer, while advokaadiks describes the stage of entering the profession or attaining membership of the bar. The distinction mirrors common usage in professional titles and qualification paths.

The practice of advocacy in Estonia is regulated by law and overseen by the Estonian Bar Association (Eesti Advokatuur).
