Ademmeditatie

Ademmeditatie, often translated as breath meditation, is a mindfulness practice that focuses on the sensation of breathing. It is a common and accessible form of meditation found in various spiritual and secular traditions. The core principle involves gently observing the natural rhythm of the breath without attempting to control or change it. Practitioners typically sit or lie in a comfortable position, close their eyes, and bring their attention to the physical sensations of inhaling and exhaling.
