Additionssumme
Additionssumme is a term used in German-language mathematics to denote the sum of numbers that are added together in an addition problem. It corresponds to the result of the addition operation, commonly referred to simply as the sum. In elementary arithmetic, the Additionssumme is obtained by combining the addends: for example, the Additionssumme of 7 and 4 is 11, and the Additionssumme of 2, 5, and 9 is 16. The concept emphasizes the total result rather than the individual terms, and it applies to any finite set of addends, including negative numbers.
The Additionssumme has the familiar properties of addition, namely commutativity and associativity. The value does not
In educational contexts, the term is used to help students focus on the outcome of addition rather
