Management focuses on alleviating symptoms, reducing inflammation, and preventing disease progression and complications. Treatment strategies vary depending on the organs affected and the severity of the disease, and may include corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, and other medications. The course of Behçet's disease is often characterized by periods of remission and relapse.
