Õhustatud is a 1984 Estonian short experimental film directed by Jaan Jüris and produced at Tallinnfilm studios. The 12‑minute film explores themes of perception and the passage of time through a series of abstract visuals and non‑linear narration. It was filmed in black‑and‑white, utilizing hand‑held camera work and dissolving cuts to create a dream‑like atmosphere. Jüris employs industrial sounds, recorded from local factories, as a soundtrack, foregoing dialogue and relying instead on visual motifs such as blurred water surfaces, rotating gears, and contrasting shadows.

The cast is composed of minimal performers, primarily the actress Maarja Kofoed who appears in a single, silhouette‑like role, and a male voice‑over artist who recites fragments of unknown poetry. The film was created with a budget of 1,500 Estonian kroon, with support from the Estonian Film Foundation. Technical assistance was provided by cinematographer Ilmar Liig and editor Tiit Pärn.

Õhustatud was first screened at the Tallinn Film Festival in 1985, where it received a unanimous commendation from critics for its innovative use of form and texture.
