ØreNeseHalslæge, or ear-nose-throat (ENT) physician, is a medical specialist who diagnoses and treats diseases of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. The specialty covers both adults and children and is often referred to as otorhinolaryngology or otolaryngology. In clinical practice, an ØreNeseHalslæge may see patients in hospitals, clinics, or private practices and works closely with audiologists, speech therapists, allergists, and radiologists.

Practice settings and tools emphasize collaboration and comprehensive care. ENT doctors use endoscopy, audiological testing, tympanometry, imaging (CT/MRI), and ultrasound to aid diagnosis and treatment planning, often coordinating with other specialists to manage complex or chronic conditions.
