The Örtze is a river in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is a left tributary of the Aller. The river originates in the Lüneburg Heath and flows through the towns of Munster, Soltau, and Bergen before joining the Aller near Winsen. The Örtze is approximately 62 kilometers long and has a drainage basin of 1,389 square kilometers. Its waters are primarily fed by groundwater and rainwater.
