Ökoszisztémába is a Hungarian term that translates to “into the ecosystem” or “within an ecosystem.” It is used to describe processes, species, or activities that occur inside or interact with a natural ecological community. The word combines “öko” (from ecology) with “sisztem” (system) and the suffix “-ba,” meaning “to” or “into.”

In ecological studies, the phrase often highlights the importance of considering entire systems rather than isolated components.
