Évitent

Évitent is the third-person plural present indicative form of the French verb éviter, which means to avoid, prevent, or ward off. The infinitive is éviter; the present participle is évitant, and the gerund is en évitant. The verb is widely used in everyday French to describe conscious avoidance of people, places, actions, or situations.

Éviter is a regular -er verb. In the present tense, its forms are: j'évite, tu évites, il évite, nous évitons, vous évitez, ils évitent.
