Ärtemark

Ärtemark is a local unit within Sollentuna Municipality in Stockholm County, Sweden. It is situated at the western edge of the municipality, approximately 15 kilometers north of Stockholm city center.

The area of Ärtemark is primarily characterized by suburban residential development and recreational spaces. Forests cover a significant portion of the area, offering ample opportunities for walking and hiking. Ärtemark Lake, a small lake, and Häggvik nature reserve are notable natural features within the area.

Public transportation in Ärtemark is facilitated by the heavy-rail commuter line (pågfartstrafik) connecting the area to Stockholm city center and other nearby municipalities. Regions within Ärtemark also offer bike lanes and designated cycling paths.
