Átszitál

Átszitál is a Hungarian term that describes the act of sifting or straining something through a sieve or strainer. It can be used in both literal and figurative contexts.

Literally, átszitál refers to the physical process of separating finer particles from coarser ones by passing a substance through a sieve. This is commonly done in cooking, for example, when sifting flour to remove lumps and aerate it, or when straining sauces to remove solids. In other applications, it might involve sifting sand to remove debris or sifting soil to prepare it for gardening. The purpose is generally to purify, refine, or homogenize the material.

Figuratively, átszitál can be used to describe a process of careful examination, selection, or filtering of information or ideas.
