Võrr is a type of lightweight motorcycle, often referred to as a moped, that originated in Estonia. Produced primarily by the Tallinn-based factory "Tark" (later known as "Motokultuur"), võrr became a popular and accessible mode of transportation in Soviet Estonia from the mid-20th century onwards. The most iconic model is the "Sõber," which translates to "friend" in Estonian.

These vehicles were characterized by their simple design, robust construction, and relatively low cost, making them ideal for everyday use in rural and urban settings. They typically featured small displacement two-stroke engines, pedal-assisted starting, and a distinctive, often somewhat utilitarian, appearance. The võrr was not designed for high speeds but rather for reliability and practicality.

The võrr played a significant role in the daily lives of Estonians, serving as a primary means of personal transport for work, errands, and leisure. It fostered a sense of independence and mobility for many.
