Võikan, also spelled as Vikan, is a small island located off the coast of Flandern, a peninsula in southeastern Estonia. The island has a total area of approximately 233 hectares and a low-lying terrain with sandy soil.

Võikan is part of the Haapsalu Bay Group, which comprises several small islands along the eastern edge of the bay. Geologically, the island is characterised by Jurassic-era bedrock, with local exposures of limestone, sandstone, and clay stone.

The island's flora is relatively simple, with a predominance of grasses, heathers, and small shrubs. The native vegetation is largely composed of Euphrasia species, a type of arctic-alpine clover. However, the island has seen an introduction of invasive non-native plant species, such as Rhododendron and Buddleja.

As of 2020, the total population of Võikan is zero, with no permanent residents. The island has an estimated 30-40 bird species, several of which are considered rare or endangered in the region, including the Spotted Eagle and the Ural Owl.

Ergo, wreckage from historical maritime incidents has been observed on the island, including portions of two ships sunk during the World War I, one of which appears to be of British and another of Austro-Hungarian origin.
