Visszaélésként is a Hungarian term that translates to "abuse of right" or "misuse of right" in English. It refers to a legal concept where an individual or entity exercises a legal right in a manner that is contrary to its intended purpose or in bad faith, causing harm or injustice to others. This concept is rooted in the principle that legal rights are not absolute and cannot be used to deliberately inflict damage or achieve illegitimate goals.

The core idea behind visszaélésként is that while a person may have a legally recognized right, the exercise of that right must be within reasonable and ethical boundaries.
