vestiremo

Vestiremo is the first-person plural form of the Italian verb vestire in the future semplice, meaning “we will dress” or “we will clothe.” Vestire is a transitive verb used to describe putting clothes on someone or something, or more broadly equipping or outfitting. The term derives from Latin vestire, related to vestis, meaning garment.

In the future semplice, vestire is conjugated with the stem vestir- and the standard endings for -ire verbs: vestirò, vestirai, vestirà, vestiremo, vestirete, vestiranno. Although vestire has irregular forms in the present tense (io vesto, tu vesti, lui veste, etc.), the future forms are regular.

Usage: Vestiremo denotes a planned or stated action in the future. Examples: “Domani vestiremo i bambini con cappotti pesanti” (Tomorrow we will dress the children in heavy coats). “Per la sfilata vestiremo i modelli con abiti nuovi” (For the show we will dress the models in new outfits). It takes a direct object (the clothes or people being clothed) and can be used in various contexts, including fashion, theater, or caregiving.
