Univariata is a term encountered in some statistical and mathematical texts to denote concepts related to a single variable. In English-language literature the corresponding and more common term is univariate; univariata may appear in non-English sources or as a historical or typographical variant. When used, it generally refers to analysis, models, or functions that involve only one variable.

In statistics, univariata analysis studies one variable at a time, focusing on its distribution, central tendency, dispersion, and shape. Common descriptive measures include the mean, median, mode, range, variance, and standard deviation, as well as interquartile range. Visualization includes histograms and box plots; distributional assumptions may be assessed with normality tests and Q-Q plots. In mathematics, univariata or univariate ideas relate to objects defined by a single independent variable.
