Ukjučujemo is the first-person plural present tense form of the Serbo-Croatian verb uključivati (to include) or, in certain contexts, to turn on or activate a device. It is used in standard Croatian, Serbian, and Bosnian to indicate an action carried out by “we.” The form can express ongoing inclusion in a set or group, as well as the act of activating something.

As an imperfective verb, uključivati describes repeated or general actions. The present tense forms for other persons follow the same stem: ja uključujem, ti uključuješ, on/ona uključuje, mi uključujemo, vi uključujete, oni uključuju. The imperfective aspect contrasts with the perfective treba biti uključiti, whose present tense would be ja uključim, mi uključimo, vi uključite, and so on, used for completed or single-instance actions.

In usage, uključivati often means to include items in a list, program, or plan, for example: “Mi uključujemo nove opcije u projekt” (We are including new options in the project). In contexts involving devices, the same root can convey activation with appropriate phrasing, such as “Mi uključujemo uređaj” (We are turning on/activating the device) or, more commonly, “Mi uključujemo uređaj u mrežu” (We are connecting/turning on the device to the network).

Etymology is typically traced to a prefix u- attached to a root related to inclusion or activation, yielding a verb used across South Slavic languages with related imperfective and perfective forms.
