Uključujem is a verb form used in several South Slavic languages, notably Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian, Montenegrin, and Slovenian. It is the first-person singular present indicative of the verbs uključiti (to include, to involve) and its imperfective counterpart uključivati (to include, to involve) as well as to switch on or activate. The term thus regularly covers two related senses: to include or involve someone or something in a group, activity, or process, and to switch on or enable a device, function, or feature.

In usage, uključujem can describe both social and technical actions. Examples include including someone in a project or invitation, and turning on equipment or enabling a setting. For instance: “Uključujem ga u projekt” (I am including him in the project), “Uključujem novu funkciju u softver” (I am adding a new feature to the software), or “Uključujem svjetlo” (I am turning on the light).

Morphology and conjugation follow the standard present-tense patterns of the surrounding South Slavic verb system. The most common forms in present indicative are: ja uključujem, ti uključuješ, on/ona/ono uključuje, mi uključujemo, vi uključujete, oni/one uključuju. The verb also exists in imperfective forms with slightly broader uses, and in perfective forms such as uključim, uključiš, uključi, uključimo, uključite, uključe, depending on the exact aspect and dialect.
