A työpakettihierarkia, or Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in English, is a fundamental project management tool used to decompose a project into smaller, more manageable components. The highest level of the WBS represents the entire project, while subsequent levels break down the work into increasingly detailed tasks and subtasks.
