Symptoms of tundelistis typically include penile pain, often described as a dull or aching sensation, which may worsen with erections or physical activity. Some individuals report a palpable thickening or cord-like structures within the penile shaft. The condition is often diagnosed through clinical examination, ultrasound imaging, or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), which can reveal abnormal fibrous bands or calcifications.
