transziti
Transziti refers to transit events in astronomy—the passage of a body across the disk of another body from an observer’s viewpoint. The most widely studied transiti are planetary transits, where a planet passes in front of its host star and temporarily dims the star’s light. Transziti can also describe solar system transits, such as a planet or the Moon crossing the face of the Sun as seen from Earth.
Observationally, transziti are detected through precise photometry, producing characteristic light curves that show a small, temporary
Transziti have driven major advances in exoplanet science. Space-based missions such as Kepler, CoRoT, and TESS
