Transistorilogiikka, often referred to as transistor-transistor logic (TTL) or simply transistor logic, describes a class of digital circuits constructed using bipolar junction transistors (BJTs) as the primary switching elements. These circuits operate by controlling the flow of current through transistors to represent binary states, typically high voltage for logic '1' and low voltage for logic '0'. The fundamental building blocks of transistorilogiikka are logic gates such as NOT, AND, NAND, OR, and NOR gates, which are implemented using specific arrangements of transistors.
