Toutv is a Canadian French-language video streaming service operated by Radio-Canada, the French-language arm of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. The platform provides on-demand streaming and catch-up access to a selection of programs broadcast on Radio-Canada’s networks, including news, documentaries, dramas, and children’s programming.

Toutv originated in the late 2000s as Tou.tv, created by Radio-Canada to offer online streaming of its television content. In the late 2010s the service was integrated into the public broadcaster’s ICI branding and became ICI Tou.tv. A premium tier, known as Tou.tv Extra, was introduced to provide access to additional content, full seasons, and ad-free viewing options.

Content on toutv includes a mix of free, ad-supported material and paid offerings through Tou.tv Extra. Viewers can access catch-up episodes of recently aired programs, streaming clips, documentaries, and online-exclusive content.
